About Us:

L.A. Fitness is hiring Fitness Directors who are devoted and excited in assisting clients in achieving and fulfilling their individual fitness goals. Our Fitness Specialists will spend a bulk of there day on the gym floor assisting members with showing members fun exercises and setting fitness goals.

* Personal Training Cert or Degree in related field Preferred but NOT mandatory

Our Fitness Specialists ( entry Level) can make $3,500 per month just for hitting minimum standards, and up with no cap! If successful, after 30 to 45 days you can qualify for an Assistant Director position. Successful Assistant Directors can become club PT Directors as soon as another 30-45 days. Our average club manager makes $68,373 per year with our top 100 PTD's making over $100,000.

About You:

You will be responsible for providing introductory training assessments to our members, selling training packages for our certified personal training staff and holding Personal Trainers accountable. Helping every single member get from where they are now, in terms of fitness and functional mobility, to where they want to be in the safest, fastest, most enjoyable way possible.

Responsibilities:

Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the Personal Training team and manage the program accordingly.

Monitor the program on 150+ accounts and establish strategy for growth and client retention.

Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.

Talk to members of the gym about their goals and introduce them to our personal training packages.

Able to quickly design creative and enjoyable workout plans.
